to your office. It's easy to get started. All you need is the following:
A touch-tone phone
Your Provider Group number
The member's
subscriber ID number
(Or you may use the member's social security number if you
do not have the subscriber ID number readily available.)
Your dental office fax number
When
you call our IVR system at 1-800-622-0161,
here's what you'll receive:
Confirmation of the member's name
Dependent information
Copayment and fee for service information
Eligibility codes for DHMO customers
