PacifiCare Dental's state-of-the-art Interactive Voice Response (IVR) unit makes it easy for your dental office to obtain up-to-the-minute member eligibility information.

This 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, toll-free access delivers immediate eligibility information directly by fax to your office. It's easy to get started. All you need is the following:
• A touch-tone phone
• Your Provider Group number
The member's subscriber ID number
(Or you may use the member's social security number if you do not have the subscriber ID number readily available.)
• Your dental office fax number

When you call our IVR system at 1-800-622-0161, here's what you'll receive:
• Confirmation of the member's name
• Dependent information
• Copayment and fee for service information
• Eligibility codes for DHMO customers

Upon your request, our IVR system will automatically fax your office all the information you need to effectively and efficiently service your patients. It's as simple as that!
